"Juste PARFAIT... Accueil sympathique et repas... miam miam je recommande"

- fabrice f.

"We came during lunch and it was packed. Recommended to add yourself on the waitlist before driving over. Our waittime was about 45 mins to one hour. Had a good selection of food in the salad bar, but wished they had the more classic item for hot pot, like squash, fried tofu, and chrysanthemum greens. The meat selection also had a good variety to choose from. However, my partner did notice that some of the meat sliced did have tough bit to chew on. I had no trouble eating thought it, but she had to be mindful when eating the meat. The service was also good. Our waiter was attentive to our table, checking up on us, asking if we want another selection of meats, and clearing our table of empty dishes. The atmosphere was also good. It was not to loud and the tables were spaced out enough for us to enjoy our conversation without having of people sitting side-by-side us"

"A large group of us came here after attending a funeral. The staff seated us in a designated area and emphasized--several times--that we had to completely fill each table before moving on to the next. We also weren't given a choice of broth; the same one was served to everyone. Meat options were limited to just two types. While we didn't necessarily mind, it did feel a bit rigid, especially considering we were bringing in a substantial group and giving them good business. On a positive note, the veggie bar was fresh and plentiful as always."

"I was craving to come to this place as its all you can eat shabu-shabu, the variety is good and I was looking to add rice cakes in to my soup so that's a plus, fwy get the spicy soup broth its not that spicy or the pork base broth. The service is extremely good and the meat cuts were prime cuts, super thin stake slices thay were freshly cut, only downside of this location is thay the plate bowls looked like needed to be replaced as the scratches i side the bowls were very noticeable, other than that a good place to bring a big party of people to enjoy a nice hot bowl of soup."

"Walked in not knowing what this restaurant offered. We were very impressed with the decor, the staff and the variety of ingredients for our chosing. You select the broth and meat. When you get up to choose the ingredients, the staff has the hot pad on and your broth simmering. They bring the thinly sliced meat trays and you cook everything at your table. It is all you can eat. So we had a second helping. We had a 3 hr drive home and all we talked about is how much Shabuya impressed us. It was a very unique and delicious dining experience. We looked at where their other locations are for future reference. Hoping they open one in Apple Valley or even Big Bear. Thank you Shabuya, we will be back Jenairo and Stephanie"
